STRENGTH & BALANCE CLASS – UP AND ACTIVE TEAM
1 May to 26 June
This low-level circuit class is suitable for adults of all ages. The class incorporates a variety of exercises to increase fitness levels, develop muscular strength (using resistance bands) and improve balance.
