Pendle Leisure Plus Celebrates the Chinese New Year of the Snake

Tai Chi attendees received a certificate

Pendle Leisure Plus has been celebrating the Chinese New Year of the Snake by awarding certificates to the top attendees of its Tai Chi classes.

Throughout the year, Lighthouse Tai Chi provides Tai Chi and Aqua Tai Chi classes across two of Pendle Leisure Trust’s three leisure centres: Pendle Leisure Centre in Colne and West Craven Sports Centre in Barnoldswick. To celebrate the Year of the Snake, they have awarded their top attendees with a special certificate.

The top attendees for 2024 were:

Helena Kean and David Pelling of Lighthouse Tai Chi presented the certificates to the top attendees during the classes. They have many years of experience in both learning and teaching Tai Chi. They continue their studies to develop their teaching and tai chi skills, passing on the benefits they have seen from their own experience.

Tai Chai is held at Pendle Leisure Centre, Colne, every Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. and 11 to 12 p.m.

Or at West Craven Sports Centre, Barnoldswick, every Tuesday 1 pm – 2 pm

Aqua Tai Chi is on at West Craven Sports Centre, Barnoldswick, every Friday from 11 am to 11:45 am
