Compete for the Crown

Get ready to dust off the bunting because the Colne Gala returns on Saturday, June 15th! This year, there’s an exciting twist: alongside the traditional Queen and Princess, a King will also be crowned.
Do you have kids who dream of becoming Colne royalty? The competition for the crown will be held at The Union Exchange on Market Street on April 28th. Queens should be between 12 and 17, while Kings and Princesses should be between 8 and 12. Judging begins at 1 p.m. sharp, with refreshments provided. Contestants will be evaluated based on their poise, personality, and community spirit.
